Seth's 2nd Birthday Party

I am finally getting around to posting about Seth's 2nd Birthday Party. We had a fun little birthday party for Seth on his birthday. Seth LOVES Elmo's so I decided to have the theme be Elmo and he loved it. He had lots of family and friends over to help us celebrate, and he got VERY spoiled with lots of presents. Thanks for everybody that came and helped him celebrate his 2nd birthday.

Our House and vehicles

I am grateful for our house that we can go home to everyday and be together as a family! Also for our vehicles that we drive around to get to places we need to be. I can't imagine not having either one of these things, they are so important to me and I am grateful I have them both!

Happy Halloween

Seth was a little cow this year! He had so much fun this year he was really getting into it and enjoying being dressed up (It doesn't look to pleasant in this picture but he had just woke up)!
Seth and Grandma Dance at her school. We took Seth and Kash out to my moms school and they where able to be in the spooke parade with the rest of the kids!
The little cow delivering his Halloween treats he made
He was one tuckered out little cow by the end of the night. I didn't think he would be able to sleep with as much as candy as he had in his system!

Carving Pumpkins

Last Tuesday we decided it was time to carve pumpkins with the kids. Krystal made chili and we eat and carved pumpkins all night. It was such a fun night we decided that we are going to make that into a tradition to get together every year to make dinner and carve pumpkins! It was fun to see everybody show off there artistic skills, I think the adults had a better time doing them than Seth and Kash did! It was a FUN night, thanks Bryan and Krystal for carving pumpkins with us!!

Brandon and Bryans pumpkins. Krystals turned out really good too but the picture I took wasn't very good, and my pumpkin wasn't even worth taking a picture of!!

So Amy informed me that I needed to update my blog, so I decided that would be my main goal tonight! I started thinking of what we have been up to and decided we have been busy but I just don't have any pictures to show for it (I am horrible at taking pictures). Some of the things he have been up to are: --We got a new car. Which is not a suprise to anyone! Anybody that knows Brandon, knows he likes to sell and buy things so we are always getting different vehicles. --Seth and I went to Boise with my mom and meet Amy their and we stayed with Stephanie, Garrick and the kids and had a great time spending time with them! --Brandon has been hunting with his brother Zach and some of his friends and it sounds like they had a great time even though they froze to death! --I even canned corned this year with my mom and Krystal. It was the first time I have ever done canning. It was fun and thanks to my mom and dad for having a good size garden this year we where able to do can alot of corn! --I have been busy doing crafts and sewing with my mom and sister (which is all I have pictures of!) So that pretty much is all we have been doing for the last month! Here are some of the pictures of the crafts and sewing projects I have been working on and actually got done! This is my recipe holder for when I actually do cook! This is another blanket I have made for Seth! Can a little boy ever have to many blankets?!
And my Halloween door hanger. It was super easy and fun and I am always up to doing crafts that are easy!

Seth's 21 month pictures

Seth's pictures where taken a couple weeks ago and I just got them back. They where Taken by Leah Stallings, she did an awsome job on them. I have been so bad at getting his pictures taken, I started off good when he was born we got newborn ones, then at 3 months we got them done, then after that it was over, we had them done again at 10 months and then these at 21 months! Hopefully I will get better with it on my next children!

Vegas

Our last summer vacation ended going to Las Vegas to see Amy and Skyler. We had a great time visiting them and seeing where they live which is a very cute apartment and in a perfect location.
We did alot of walking, shopping, laughing, playing the penny slots, which I did walk away winning $460.00 so it was a successful part of the trip, eating (at some delicious restaurants), relaxing on our drive home, and sitting to watch people, which is VERY entertaining in Vegas! We think the fair is fun to people watch but it is nothing like Vegas! We had so much fun and where all sad to have to come home!
Don't mind the guy in the background! We don't know who he is!

Second Times the Charm

Second time is the charm when it comes to Seth getting his hair cut. The first time he hated getting his hair cut and cried the entire time. So needless to say when I took him in to get his haircut the second time I was a little nervous but he did awsome, he just sat on my lap and watched her do it and even let her use the electric clippers. So hopefully now he will enjoy getting his hair cut! He was so proud of his haircut he walked around all day touching his hair saying "haircut"! I love right after his haircut cause he looks like a little man!
Right after his hair cut at grandma and grandpa McNeel's:
