Family

We got our family pictures done a couple months ago and just recieved them back. It was so fun to get them done and be together. We have so much fun when we are all together, we never have dull moment!!! I am so grateful for such an awsome family!

I am in TROUBLE! Brandon is already teaching Seth to go off of things with his 4-wheeler, who knows what will be next!

Seth LOVES Books

Seth loves to look and try to read books. The other day when I was getting ready he was playing in his room, he was being so quite and that is not usual so I went and checked on him and he had pulled the books of the shelf and was just looking at all the books. He thought he was pretty big, it was so cute! He will look at books forever and go over the same one over and over and over again. I am glad he likes to read cause he sure didn't learn that from his mom or dad!

He has no hope!

I took Seth to the doctor yesterday to get his one year baby wellness check up and his 6 shots!! The nurse measured his head, measured his length and got his weight and then handed me a piece of paper with the information on it and what percentile he was in for his weight and height and it said this: Weight 20.34lbs and is in the 20% Height 28 inches and is in the 10% After I saw that I have decided he has no hope in his height, he is going to be short like his mom and dad are!!

O' Christmas Tree

I have officially decided I love fake tree's because you can put them up so much sooner than you can real ones, and it gets me in the Christmas spirit when I get to put my tree up and decorate the house!

Thanksgiving Weekend

Thanksgiving weekend was so fun because we where able to hang out with family and friends all weekend. On Thanksgiving we went to Brandon's grandma McNeel's. Where we ate and then played outside since it was so nice outside! Then we went to my parents to eat some pie, Julie made some great pies! Thanks Julie! That was our Thanksgiving Day it went by so fast. On Friday morning we got up at 4:30 AM and headed out shopping and got some fun things, that night we went bowling with the Christiansen family, and it is a good thing we had bumpers on our lane cause I am not the best bowler around!!

And Saturday was our day to relax and just hang out with family. We are blessed to have good families that are fun to hang out with and be around! Thanks everyone for a fun weekend!

Seth's Big 1st Birthday Party

On Sunday we had Seth's 1st birthday party, it was alot of fun and he got SPOILED! I would say he loved eating the cake the most! We had lots of people over and had some finger foods then we sang to Seth and everybody had cake and watched Seth open presents! It was fun to get to visit with everybody and watch Seth enjoy all his presents and eating the cake! Thanks to everybody that came!

Thanksgiving

I love it when Thanksgiving comes around because it makes me stop and think of what I have to be thankful for! Last Sunday in primary we had the kids go around and say what they where thankful and it got me thinking about what I am thankful for and here are some of them:

• My little family, I don't know what I would do without Brandon or Seth in my life.
• My mom and dad, they are so loving, supportive and willing to do anything to make our lives easier.
• Brandon's parents, they do so much for us and we couldn't thank them enough for what they do for us.
• Our brothers and sister, they are so fun to be with and are loving and supportive
• Friends
• Grandparents
• A home to live in
• A Heavenly Father who loves us
• Cars to drive
• Food to eat
• Being able to stay home with Seth
• Being a mom and a wife
• Watching Seth grow and learn new things everyday

Halloween

What an eventful Halloween weekend! On Friday we were busy running around doing Halloween things and finally ended up home around 10 o'clock at night and Seth was exhausted! He loved seeing everybody in their costumes and playing with his cousins. Then on Saturday we got up and went and got our family pictures done and had lunch with everybody in my family. Now that was an adventure itself with all the grand kids!! That night we had Kimberly's wedding and it was beautiful! Congrats Kimmy and Aaron! So that was our weekend, lots of family and fun what more could anybody want!

Pumpkin Patch

Last weekend we headed to Boise to stay with Stephanie for the weekend. It was so fun to see the kids and hang out with them and Stephanie for the weekend. We stayed busy with shopping, going to the park, eating and going to the pumpkin patch it was sad to have to leave them on Sunday!

Seth's 10month Pictures

Seth got his pictures taken yesterday and they turned out so cute! Misty with Mystic Memories took them and did and awsome job! I will post more when I get the CD from her and I don't know how I am going to choose which ones I want printed up cause they all turned out

No More Earaches!

This morning we made a trip to the Surgical Center to get tubes in Seth's ears to hopefully take care of his ear aches. Seth did awsome I think the hardest part for him was that he couldn't eat anything after midnight so when he woke up this morning he wanted his bottle so he was a little grumpy from that but it didn't last long! Me and Brandon had a harder time then he did, we were of course very nervous and scared for him. When they came and got him from our room to take him to the operating room it broke my heart! I wanted them to let me go with them! But he was only gone for thirty minutes so it wasn't to long but it did feel like forever! We came home and he had a three hour nap and since his nap he hasn't missed a beat you couldn't even tell he had a surgery this morning! Hopefully we will be done with the earaches now!

Seth hates the doctors office!

Seth official hates the doctors office now. He has pretty much had a double ear infection since the end of July and we are doing the last thing that the doctor can do for him before he has to see a specialist and get tubes in his ears. We went to the doctor yesterday and he did really good when it was just myself and him in the room and as soon as the nurse or doctor came in the room he just started to cry, then he had to get his shot then he really started to cry and ended up crying all the way home. Today I took him in again to get his second shot and this time he started to cry before we even got in the room! So tomorrow when he goes to get his third shot he will probably start crying before we even get in the office, but after his third shot hopefully we don't have to see them again for a long time!! I don't blame him for hating the doctors office cause I think about everybody else does to. It is so sad to see him go through these nasty ear aches and I hope that we can get them healed SOON!!

Where have the last ten months gone?

Seth is know 10 months old and it seems like I just had him a month ago! The other day I was looking on Wally and Suzanne's computer and getting all of there pictures they had of Seth from the time he was newborn until now. It was fun to see how much he has grown in the last 10 months. It has been such a blessing to have him around and be able to watch him grow and learn new things everyday!

Now I know why he was being so quite. It was not so fun to clean it up and Seth didn't understand why I would take it away from him! I have learned since I have been a mom and Seth makes messes I just have to say to myself "Dont get mad just take a picture!!"

Happy Birthday Kash!

Happy Birthday Kash! Yesterday was Kash's 2nd birthday. On Sunday they had a birthday party for him, the theme was John Deere, it turned out so good his parents know how to throw a good birthday party! Kash is so cute he has the biggest blue eyes and blonde hair. His personality is so cute and says and does the funniest things there is never a dull moment when Kash is around! It is so fun to watch Seth and Kash be around each other, they are going to be best buds when they are older.
